Shipping and Returns
Domestic Shipping (All States in USA): $7.25 Flat Rate.
International: Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
There is a surcharge for heavier non-yarn and oversized (including Big Bumps) items: Books and other heavier items will incur a surcharge. Please provide a phone number so we can tell you what shipping will be on these items.
Method of Shipment:
We ship USPS (or in some rare cases UPS when we deem necessary). We use Priority Mail Flat Rate.
We include tracking with your purchase, and this will show if a package is delivered to your address, but sometimes packages disappear even though they say they have been delivered. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for these occurrences and cannot reimburse you.
We ship Monday through Friday, and process your order within one to three business days. Priority USPS ground rate times apply, and are usually delivered in 1-3 days, depending on the origin zip code and destination zip code. Unfortunately, we not responsible for USPS delays.
For all returns, please call or send us a note to tell us to expect your package and a reason for the return, which we will ask you to place a copy of in the box as well.
If we made a mistake on your order (that is, if we sent you a different yarn from the one you place an order for or sent a different amount from what was written on your order), we will cover shipping back and send you the correct order free of shipping.
Return products must always be unused, in the original packaging, and in original condition and within 90 days of purchase.
For valid returns we will provide store credit (we do not do cash refunds). However, shipping costs both ways are your responsibility (see caveat above). Shipping rates will be those that we deem valid at the original time of sale.
No returns on books, patterns, needles, and notions. These are always final sale.
